Le Jeu du Tour privacy policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026.

How can I request deletion of my account and data?

1- Nature of data collected
As part of the use of the Sites, the Publisher may collect the following categories of data about its Users: civil status, identity and identification data...

2- Sharing personal data with third parties
No sharing with third parties.

3- Prior notice for sharing personal data with third parties in case of merger/acquisition
Prior information and opt-out before and after a merger/acquisition. If we take part in a merger, acquisition or any other asset transfer, we commit to ensuring the confidentiality of your personal data and to informing you before it is transferred or subject to new privacy rules.

4- Data aggregation
Aggregation with personal data available on the User’s social accounts. If you connect your account to another service for cross-posting, that service may send us your profile and login information, as well as any other information you authorized to disclose. We may aggregate information relating to all our other Users, groups and accounts with personal data available about the User.

5- Collection of identity data
Registration and prior identification required to provide the service. Use of the Site requires registration and prior identification. Your personal data (last name, first name, email and profile picture) are used solely for the proper operation of the game.

If you use Facebook Login, Facebook provides us with your Facebook ID, last name, first name, email address and profile picture, depending on the information available and permissions granted. This information is used to create or find your account, sign you in and display your profile in the game. We do not receive your Facebook password.

6- Collection of identification data
Use of the user's identifier only for access to services. We use your electronic identifiers only for and during the execution of the contract.

7- Technical data
Limited technical data may be processed to secure the service, measure audience, and ensure the proper operation of the site: server logs, browser, language, country, cookie consent and information required for login.

8- Cookies, audience measurement and advertising
The site uses cookies required for the game to function, especially for login, language, country, cookie consent and saving teams. With your consent, we can enable Google Analytics to measure audience and Google AdSense to serve ads. If you refuse advertising cookies, personalized advertising signals remain disabled and Google ads are requested in non-personalized mode where applicable. You can change your choice from the banner or cookie settings when they are displayed.

9- Retention of technical data
Technical data are kept for the strictly necessary duration to achieve the purposes stated above.

10- Account and personal data deletion

You can request deletion of your Le Jeu du Tour account and personal data, including data received from Facebook, at any time and free of charge. You do not need to log in to the game, and you can make this request even if you have already removed the app from your Facebook account.

How to make a request

  1. Email contact@lejeudutour.com. Suggested subject: Data deletion request - Le Jeu du Tour.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account and your name or nickname in the game. State whether you use Facebook Login and whether you want your entire account or only specific data deleted.
  3. If possible, send the request from the email address associated with your account. If you no longer have access to it, explain this in your message so we can help identify the account. Never send your password or Facebook login code.

If you have difficulty reaching this address, you can also contact Sébastien Jacquemont, who operates Le Jeu du Tour, at seb.jacquemont@gmail.com.

Processing and confirmation

We process requests by email. If necessary, we ask only for information needed to verify that you own the account. We respond within one month of receiving your request and confirm completed deletion by email. If a complex request requires more time, we inform you within that first month, explaining the reason and expected timeframe.

What data is covered?

Full deletion covers your account and its associated personal data: last name, first name, email address, profile picture, data received from Facebook and retained by the game, teams, participation records, bonuses, rankings, friend relationships, messages and reactions associated with the account. It ends access to that account and its game history.

If some information must be retained to comply with a legal obligation, we explain what is retained, why and for how long. If any data remains in security backups, we also specify its deletion timeframe in our response.

If you use Facebook

You can also remove Le Jeu du Tour in Facebook settings, under Apps and websites. Removing the app disconnects it from Facebook; it does not by itself request deletion of data already retained by Le Jeu du Tour. To delete that data, send the email request described above. You do not need to delete your Facebook account.
